Hatha-Yoga

Yoga ist eine uralte indische Lehre und Lebensphilosophie, ein bewährter Pfad zum Finden von Bewusstseinsstärke, innerer Ordnung und Stabilität. Hatha-Yoga kräftigt zudem den Körper, macht ihn geschmeidig und hält ihn gesund. Dehnungs-, Entspannungs- und Atemübungen sowie einfache Körperhaltungen (Asanas) dienen dem Wohlbefinden und fördern die körperliche, geistige und seelische Vitalität.
Die Kurse sind für Anfänger, aber auch für bereits länger Praktizierende geeignet.
